Paul,

Not to say they aren't gonna sell, but it is a common practice to FILE to sell some stock just in case the need comes up. Many execs file on a quarterly or semi-annual basis - just in case they need cash.

The thing to watch is when they ACTUALLY sell!

Note the dates on some of the filings... many months old with no sale actually transpiring.

I almost hate that new link on YAHOO, because many people don't understand that a PLANNED sale does not equate to an actual sale and that many many 'insiders' file PLANNED sales just to cover their butts and never go thru with them. Several threads have long conversations going on about these filings and how confusing they are.

Good luck
Mitch

The SEC hasn't contacted me in a long time, so I don't know what they're up to in the IAS case. I found a couple of interesting Web pages relating to IAS though. One of them is home.inforamp.net , which says the same kind of things I've said about how DWM won't work and xDSL is the phone companies solution for ordinary copper phone wiring. Another site is uvsc-indusnet.com , the site for the Utah Valley State College distance learning project that IAS claimed would "investigate" their DWM. The truth is that IAS is a corporate sponsor of this project. Interestingly, they now refer to it as "wireless DWM" -- I guess someone gave up on the concept of using it over phone lines!
