I don't mean they need a deal to survive. <ggg> They need to unload the crap so they can focus on their DSP market and improve their bottom line, which has been hurt the last year by DRAM. The only ones interested in DRAM Fabs are DRAM companies and it is not a good market to unload into...the last time I looked.

...so what I am saying is it is a buyers market for the TI fabs and TI is caught between a rock and a hard place.<ggg> TI could probably benefit by paying MU to take the deal.<vbg>...and they may just do it, with some hooks.:-)
