FWIW, I spoke to a gentleman at Liberty Capital this a.m. I wanted to get "their version" of the break up with DGIV. I was told that DGIV simply chose to not renew the contract with them. I was also told that they do not take equity positions in their clients, they were strictly a PR firm. They specialize in promoting solid BB companies and help get them into a position to jump to the NASDAQ. He said that he thinks DGIV will be a $8-10 stock in the near future. His version was that DGIV appreciated their services the last year but no longer needed them since they were so close to becoming NASDAQ listed.

At any rate, I was surprised that he had nothing but good things to say about DGIV.

A short can never make more than 100% of stock price. A long can.
A short can lose more than 100% of stock price. A long can't lose more than 100%.
