Target for Seek (revision)

Didn't take into account the issuance of 25 M new shares.

Now I'd have to say that Infoseek needs a per user valuation that is going to start moving toward Yahoo's...

"This is Disney's Portal strategy" to take a direct quote from the press conference call. I'd say they have a good chance to move toward Yahoo.

Also -- When will the next media company strike?

ESPN vs. Sportsline

Sportsline is worth $644 M today -- the ESPN part of the Starwave merger with SEEK is bigger in market share than Sportsline. So just this one piece should add huge value to Infoseek. Also an interesting trend to look at the Portals as true content NETWORKS -- like television networks, managing a variety of interlocking content pieces... How will NSCP respond to this new bar?
