Hi Calvin,

RUMOR on the Yahoo! board is that Teo is working to sell off one of the fabs. The RUMOR is that it is the one in Florida. And the RUMOR is that it will be one of the first actions of the new board that includes Teo.

(Sorry about the caps but wanted to make sure everybody knows how tenuous this information is. I don't really like rumors or speculation but I am trying to get a feel for what Teo may force the board to do. Getting out of the fab agreements would make it easier to dismantle the company but wouldn't it also bring on a charge?)
