From what I was told, the paper work has been started a while ago. I think part of those restricted are from the 1 for 5 restricted stock dividend given this month. As I said before LEAH can get a waiver for the stock price. I think the action that you are seeing is the MM's shorting LEAH. YOu DO NOT see panic selling by any major share holder. Very little volume is moving the stock. What we need is to get listed on AMEX and then have another good quarter, then LEAH will be looked at more closely.
