Herm, You should be very proud of the scope and depth of this thread!--The questions and inquiries just keep coming and the responses, comments, and impressive sharing from so many is just incredible!--It just keeps getting better and better!--I am still cutting, pasting and paginating All the messages. The more I do the more I realize how much there is to learn. Quote for the day---"I didn't know how much I didn't know!"--Target date for finishing the Transcript is sometime in July, IF I can keep up with the new as well as the old.--When I see another 20 some messages of new stuff on a given day, I think I need to pedal faster!--"Dick the Hick"

Herm, Thanks for your time & thorough response and also to Ira. I have McMillan & have printed out close to a ream of paper from your thread - just need the time to consume it all! However, as a small bus. owner most of my time is spent making a living rather than making money <G>. This leads to my next question: Are there different degrees of time required for trading options? ie: If my business keeps me away from the daytrading action of a stock, should I stay out of options? Also, in a past thread didn't you mention that you try to trade in 500 shr blocks to compensate for commissions, etc.?? Thanks again for the time & effort you & others put into this thread for neophytes like me. Bill
