Jack there are alot of people just like you, yes this CVIA group is really probably one of the most solid group of investors I have ever seen, man I cant tell you how impressed I am with this group. The way you summed up your situation, is probably the majority of the investors, you know we tried to do this the easy way file for a court ruling, to enforce our rights. The possibility of a Class Action suit being filed is growing every hour against the players on the CVIA WOTD side. But just picture this... if they do force us into a class action suit, what you would think if you were on this hypothetical jury.... after all it would be made up of people just like yourself and the other investors in this group. This is one reason why I am not worried about these threats and nonsense they keep trying... They are the ones wading off into the deep end of the legal swimming pool not us. KAA
