Gary,

We are holders of Midland stock and wouldn't Midland be going after the very same people and possible assets that an attorney for shareholders in a civil suit would be....?

So what would this accomplish besides making one more attorney richer.

Whenever you speak to an attorney about a case....it seems that they will always take it for you...that is the way they make their living.

They get paid either way in most instances.....win - win for them.
