To those sending letters to their Senators and Congressmen, advise them that Mr. Peter Kiernan, Legal Counsel, Securities and Exchange Commission, is the contact person at the SEC who is already aware of the CVIA situation. You can save some time by advising your Representatives to contact this SEC person first. My Congressman has provided me with a copy of the letter he has sent to the above referenced person at the SEC, YOU should request you Representative also CC: you on the letter he directs to the SEC as well. The Senators I also have contacted and spoken to regarding this matter, have informed me that copies of the letters they sent to the SEC on our behest are enroute to me via US mail. Have a nice day!
