Like I said in my earlier post to Joe, the acquisition of USRX was a good move at a bad time. Unfortunately it happened during the standards fight and a lot of people shied away from all 56K modems. That's over now and now that there is a standard people will come back. The only problem is that a year of good revenue was lost and 56K modems probably only have legs for another 2 years in serious volume (with Cable and DSL being deployed).
