While I'm not currently a holder of this issue, reading the sec forms filed by inkt impressed me on two counts.
1. 45% of the common stock outstanding was held by directors or high employees of the company.

2. Both Intel and microsoft have permission to sit in on INKT board meetings for a specified period of time. They must have some money in this!

Didnt Disney say they would use Inktomi as their search engine even though they bought Infoseek?. I think I read it in Reuters.
