Steve or anyone..... In light of the downgrades on HWP and IBM and the cutting of earnings estimates on CPQ for Q3, is it reasonable to believe that further upgrades(like possibly from ML)are out of the picture??? looks like we're back to the less than 10 million share volume days. El
