Scooter, I agree a lot of people bought for the DF-144 and a lot of people bought based on the news releases. There is a lot of real world money in this that does know what SI or Ga Bard is. Thye bought on the pulse of the real world.

There is an 8K coming to SEC, MIDL knows they have to get the CUSIP and get it qucikly and submit the resolution to NAZ,. The news releases is how they notify the SEC of what they are doing and the filings.

As far as DF-144 goes I have no idea where or what is the patent process, who owns the rights , who will get the rights, if there is another revised patent or anything .... John Spriggs has all of that and they are in friendsly negotiations about that so no it is not out of the picture but right now it is until an agreement can be made.

Midland is doing everything they can to straighten out this mess and the SEC can clearly see that as we can. Is anyone calling I do not know. I have not heard from anyone one except the noraml news agenies.

Now that is about it. The split is coming and has to come regardless. The klawsuits and stop transfer have got to do there job. Another company coming in has got to be closed on and Jouhn has to come to an agreement with MIDL.

sorry for the long post also but I am hoping that the patent mess is cleared up so a deal can be done for allt those that bought based on the news releases, testing, process, design and so forth of DF-144.
