One would think that NT would want to begin a relationship with BAY in this arena, seeing as how that is one of the major reasons why they wanted BAY. Perhaps: 1.) The voice/data solutions being developed are different than those BAY specializes in. 2.) This product has been in development by the two companies and it would be unprofitable to drop the relationship like nothing. 3.) NT doesn't trust BAY's products <GG> 4.) NT thinks that someone else will make a higher bid and buy BAY. <VBG> JRH
