I agree. Take this article with a whole shaker of salt, not just a grain. Old Hank make several sweeping generalizations about carriers and ATM that simply are not true. Let us not forget that Mr. Zannini was also responsible for the biggest startup failure on the East coast a few years ago. I believe the company was Ztel? Sorry that was off-topic, but that article really rubbed me the wrong way. Pass me another Molson eh!
