Buck, what could be going on with the company?

(1) DBII lawsuit. I just checked. No news again.
(2) Layoffs. I checked the website. They are hiring.
(3) Preannouncement of a bad quarter. Nope.
(4) Any bad news PR in general. Nope.
(5) Competitor snagging contract. UK, that's it. That news only moved DBII stock by a few million in the marketplace. IDX is much further down. Mr. Saf believes it has been a done deal for a while.
(6) Rumors of bad things coming. None that we're aware of.
(7) High volume selloffs. Only Ascom yet, but that is a special case. Volume is not especially high at all.
(8) Red flag insider selling. No. Some insider buying.

All the informal, unofficial signs are that the fundamentals are still very good. Take a look at this graph:

wsrn.com

Price to sales is at an historic low. If it reverts back to about a 5 to 1 ratio next year on sales of, say, $120 million, the stock will be over $20.

Everything I see says this is a buying opportunity and it may be the last great buying opportunity.
