An affiliate of Mr. Pink's attended both the panel discussion and MRVC's solo presentation. It was an embarrassment to the company.. One person asked about the recently cancelled convertible deal and the company was extremely embarrassed about the failure but did acknowledge the existence of the scuttled transaction.
