The bad news is not completely in the stock. The company thinks they should be valued on cash flow not earnings. that was their mistake on this transaction. It looks like the analysts estimates for dilution are too low. They're not going to be able to write off very aggressively. look for this deal to be $0.70 per share dilutive for the next several years. estimates are headed much lower, there could be another wave of nausea
