Thanks. Your dispassionate assessment is acknowledged. I can now understand why the bearers of bad news used to loose their heads. The Management is very quiet. I think they should comment on why and how they think this is a good deal, financially, dilution nothwithstanding. May be they are shell-shocked as well with the reaction. Has any one tlaked to IR. This being window-dressing month, is it possible that money managers are in a hurry to get out making it worse. Just wondering, since you move in that circle. Is there any reliable numbers re. SoftImage's revenue etc. Thanks.
