Rand, the SEC does not comment on investigations in progress. If your neighbor looked this up for you, he almost certainly violated SEC policy. Note, however, that I never claimed that there was an SEC investigation into ZULU. Others have put those words into my mouth. I have commented to several people here who have made some rather imprudent statments that the NASDR (NASDAQ Regulation - NOT the SEC) monitors these threads - an automatic "robot" downloads all new posts every night. I beleive that NASDR will pass on relevant information to the SEC, however. But my warnings to individuals were not meant to imply that there was any ongoing investigation into ZULU by anybody. I just meant to warn them that by stating or implying on the record that they were giving out insider information, they could be getting themselves into trouble.
