From than Kobe release isn't it interesting that MU does not say it will pay any cash. Sounds like freebee number 1.<g>

On CNBC they just announced the MU is working with TXN right now and it maybe announced as early as today on two FABS in Texas. I think MU has them over the barrel and will get a sweet deal and it will be real interesting to see what happens after the bell.

...of course I could be wrong...but then again I have no money on the line anyway.<g>

Think about what "know how" really means..
...
(1) Micron has the engineers that know how to build dram fabs.
(2) But more important Micron has all those many many
writen agreements ...such as how to get a little better
some thing out of machine #54 in row 26, etc,etc...

(3) Key here is they are the low cost producer in dram...
(4) Now will Micron make the Texas Dram plant work well ???
I do not know that....but it sure keeps that "carrot"
out there....which is so important to keeping MU a good
TRADING STOCK....
