Doesn't one have to drive through El Segundo, or by it, to get to beautiful Pacific Palisades to the north?

Does EVERYTHING have to have a point ?? NO, it doesn't. Can people share their opinions on things ?? I HOPE SO. All i said is it smells (of Oil refineries). Yes, I am an ASSHOLE, but why ? Just because you don't share the same opinions of things does not make you or me or anybody an ASSHOLE. I could call you the same thing, B.F.D.
Oh wait- you said i as BEING an asshole, not that i WAS an asshole, or am I ? WHO CARES ? In this instance, I don't. Somebody might call you the same for using the same name as the chief person of the papal ministry, but does that make you an asshole ? No it does not.
Christ (sorry Pope), if everything in this world has to have a point, then the world is getting too G. Damned technical and impersonal....
Of course, this is my opinion, and i am usually wrong......

Pope, you are the first one who has suggested the idea that El Segundo is a seedy little town with cheap office space for setting up dummy companies.

Why did you bring this up? Do you think it's a possibility?

I was just having a little fun with the description of the place, and felt I had to point-out that it's not swimming pools, movie stars, but more a-bubblin' crude.

I think I'd expect to find an advertising company more in a place with swimming pools, movie stars. A place more like Santa Monica. :)
