Five dollar, Thanks for your input. I have paper losses and thus am attached to this firm. It is no surprise that some bias may have emerged. The losses incurred are painful emotionally. , but all feel this including management. They invested their money with no return yet. To stay away from spec mining stocks is not the answer. The industry is down and high expectations were not satisfied. Busang's ghost still haunts the industry and Canada's tarnished mining image is not helping now. Asia's troubles with their currency and demand for metals also has an influence. I am not hiding Geodex behind the reasons above, but they were influenced also by them. Inmet's leaving was unforeseen as was Busang. Maybe there are other more promising mining firms out there, but losses were felt everwhere. New lows were posted by Inmet, Cyprus, Alcan, and the list of majors is unbelievable. Did their IRs lie? No, but investors have paper loses with them also. Canyon Creek Soup Co. and Resolution Energy Co. are they the answer you seek with guaranteed profits? All firms are speculative to a degree. LVL

Five dollar, This is Geodex's investors forum thread, other companies have theirs. Opinions and debates are about this firm. People are free to talk about this firm, that is the idea SI promotes. Because this thread is active does not mean the stock will go up and vise versa. An exchange of ideas is occurring and ways to try to gain an advantage in the junior spec. market. I presented TA as one alternative, maybe it is a deadend, but it could substitute for talking to IR. Emotional involvement comes in all forms, The very fact people visit this thread indicates the marriage to this stock continues, despite having sold their positions over 18 months ago. Mistrust in management prevails when people lose on their positions. When things go well, management becomes our friend. Investors can always move on, I encourage diversification. Just for old times five dollars, phone Jack Maris next week, and ask what is occurring, then post the response on this thread. Thanks. LVL
