sultan numbers look really good i think my quick,dirty and wild ass guestimate (looks to good to be true but mgmt IS forecasting 145M next yr): sales forecast for 1999: $145M gross margin (use q4 55%) 80 expense ratio (same numbers used per 1998 less 15% re restructuring, cost cutting) - IMO 55 EBIT 10M EPS 0.67 EBIT Target price 12 months somewhere near $10? what do you think of takeover possiblities here? regards
