Look I do not know ok ... we have an SEC attorney as the president of the shell. He moving on everything expeditiously. Now what good is the SEC going to do when MIDL has everything under control with stop transfers and going after what the shell and the shareholders lost? What in the world can the SEC do? They are aware of the situation and they are probably right on top of it. the SEC knows if nothing else by the shareholders complaints. So unless some savvier than me has the answer that is what I know GB
