They reported $.15 per share for the March 31, 1998 quarter. Annualized, thats $.60 per share. At PE of 20 you get a $12 stock. They are on track to do much better than $.60 per share for the year.

Also, consider book value: Purchased 60% of a company with 9000 employees and reserves over one billion dollars, and then add equipment, pipe lines, etc. and you add 600 million to your balance sheet for only 120 million purchase (and that purchase was made with stock valued at $10 per share) !!!! Do the math... you can't go wrong at these levels.
