No one who is implicated is scared only for the fact that the laws in this country are set up to protect them. So Dan left his house in Houston with his cars, what's half a million dollars compared with what he stole from us. If and when he is caught he will only get a slap on the wrist and spend a month in a minimum security prison, playing tennis and golf everyday on our tax money. Tell me when is this bulls--t going to end?
Excuse me people but I am on a roll today.

>>>MIDL and those with a real future will be looking.....

.... for a shell that has demonstrated strong business ethics.<<<<

ROTFLMAO ...could you back up that statement pleeeeeeeeeze?

What is so damn great about a company that failed at coffee...or whatever the hell it was...and then did a bogus reverse merger that has been nothing but a scam.

WHEN HAVE THEY DEMONSTRATED STRONG BUSINESS ETHICS?

Lazarus

I know I don't need to clarify and engage Lazarus adnausium over whether or not the real criminals are worried; as well as, innocent people worried about not dotting all of their i's or crossing all the t's.

Look at the documentation on this thread alone. Ga Bard has typed for miles trying to explain his position to all the finger pointers.

And, of course my point is obvious to those interested that I'd like to see information and our attention move forward into the future prospects (acquisitions)for our investment. Notice Lazarus, I said "our investment" so I'm not interested in petty responses that are off my point insinuations by compulsives not investing in MIDL.

I ma ready to support MIDL in anyway what so ever with what Mark is doing. He is doing all he can and going after the "affiliates" also. Now I do not know whether we as shareholders can do anything but with all the emotional accusations, look for someone to blame close at hand (scapegoat), and e-mail ambulance chasers not to mention the astute writers with 20/20 hind sight.

My dad once said, "You can have the best sail boat, most educated and experienced crew but without a wind you are dead in the water."

Now I know for a fact where the problem is and MIDL is addressing it as expediously as possible. Me I have to take the emotional trauma and try to figure out how in the world could anything happen any differently. I am having a hard time finding what we or I could have.

Hey I checked on everything I was told and pester the day lights out of this stock. I do not know what we could have done differently.

So I have to wait and see what MIDL is going to do.
