This statement misses the point entirely.

The question is not whether it is a viable company. Even most bears would concede that
it is. The question is whether it's business is worth $4 billion dollars, or just some small
fraction of that number.

I agree with you that this misses the point and also regarding the valuation. I still believe the company is not viable based ont heir lack of retailing experience but that is not the issue at present.
