considering I shorted EQMDE at 12 1/8, maybe I was too greedy in not covering in the 5's. Thinking of how big the spread is now, makes me shudder to think what it might be if it is delisted.

It's hard to know what the stock is worth without any recent financial statements. The last statement was September 10Q, which showed a significant profit. However, the assets looked funny to me, with huge increases in receivables and receivables from affiliates, so I have no way of knowing whether the profits were inflated or not. It sure would be nice to see an audited report.
