Semi equipment rebounds as fast as they decline, usually when we are still counting them to drop further. So the best thing to do is get in early, even though you might lose a few bucks, you at least get in line. However, I have said in the previous post that if the Taiwanese starts to delay/cancel their orders, then all bets are off. ASMLF is already feeling this impact, and it looks like TSM today is pushing some of the orders to 1999, this is not a good sign if we wish for a rebound in the next 3-6 months.
