David,

Yes it is 6.5. That file shouldn't be a problem. Was MSWin open when you transferred the files? Have you closed it and opened since. If so, try deleting the files or moving them some where else. Then copy the original files over fresh again with MSWIN closed.

Hi, David--

I am not exactly certain of the nature of your problem, but it sounds like the same thing I had when I inadvertently deleted a formula which was part of my default template. If that is the case, and the missing indicator is indeed in your default template, the cure is to first call up a new inner window when viewing a chart with your default template. Then use the mouse to drag all the indicators and the security price chart from the faulty inner window (the one claiming to need the missing formula) over to the new window. The only thing left behind will be the missing non-existing indicator. Now you just need to delete that faulty inner window and............poof! Problem solved. Now save the new template.
