Not indicating the number of layoffs and when...signals to me...that it will be huge in number....and bad things are on it's way......A lot of employees of VLSI will be looking for other jobs...not being productive and cause a lot of distruption to the work effort for that company....production drops big time...clear indication that the management team on VLSI doesn't have a clue..... Buyout- I don't think so...not when a company like this is losing revenues and stock price is down....
