I guess half those people were doing nothing or the plant is located right next door to Boise. So they get it at fire sale prices and it makes the balance sheet look a little better temporarily -- how can this make them more profitable. Running costs aren't zero and these will be increased.

You think operating two separate facilities is going to decrease the per unit operating costs to where MU can make money? How does just getting a good deal make them more efficient? Does MU have to service the debt of the facility or was that all forgiven? I'm sorry, I just don't get it.
