The world gone mad?

I have hesitated posting on the recent price decline. Nothing I could post would restore the confidence of the LT holder that is currently selling or scare the shorts into covering. With at least 30 days to go until release of 4Q98 earnings, we appear to be at the mercy of the sellers.

Everything I can piece together tells me that the current intrinsic value of IDX is more than twice the current price, but IDX can not reach this equilibrium price until they communicate details of future prospects to the public. For example, if IDX was currently performing on a $30 million Bio-ID contract (I just made this up) and 4Q98 earnings were going to be twice estimates or better, it wouldn't save the stock until the story is released (not likely) or IDX reports numbers next month. I acted on my belief by buying @ 6 3/16 on Tuesday. I will buy some more tomorrow.

I know of no negative information the has not been disseminated. I believe the future of IDX is brighter than it has ever been, but none of this matters unless our fearless leader communicates this message to us and soon.

Buck,

I don't know much more than you, but I do know that no one gets information about appellate court cases before they are released by the court. I even checked in with IDX's attorney a few weeks ago to confirm there has been no news.

True, no INS announcement. The INS will be buying, or is buying, tenprinters. That is certain. They are under the gun. We have no further information on the likely seller than we did before, when IDX appeared to be a near-lock.

I now have to assume that IDX will gear future announcements towards the earnings date, unless the company feels it has to rescue the stock price in the meantime.

These are the times when people get rich or poor, depending on how they handle it. I expect to buy some more tomorrow.
