I think the exposure here is good for cramer, and he knows it.. otherwise he wouldn't post here. A law suit against free speech would put his TSC under the microscope also. As an attorney (not me, JJC) he would see it as a frivolous case that would draw nothingbut negative. If SI got hurt, how many would read TSC? btw, since TSC is internet based it would not be good politics to publicly acknowledge a short in amzn, or any other such internet based stocks, as it is too early in the game to know who will be playing in a few years..
