I've been off and on shorting from 81 1/2. [That one got stop market covered at 77 5/8 :( ] Currently re-entered short with 500 shares @ 72 3/4. I'm thinking that this puppy has finally broke due to the magnitude of the drop (esp. from highs) and volume. What is the best way to preserve gains from momentum to the downside while preventing loss if the stock suddenly backtracks? I don't have access to options (since I took all my money out of E*Trade account) and DATEK doesn't really allow boxing (a buy will simply cover a short, not launch a parallel buy).

Any ideas on where we go from here and how to play it?

Thanks,
Bill
