Eraiba at Grunta raises HWP to "strong buy from buy" - comments:

<<Gruntal & Co analyst Mona Eraiba shaved estimates on H-P for its fiscal third quarter ending July and for the full fiscal years 1998 and 1999.

However, Eraiba raised her rating on the company to strong buy from buy, based on H-P management's ''aggressive moves to cut costs.'' Higher-than-expected expense levels were a main cause of H-P's failure to meet earnings estimates in its fiscal second quarter.>>

i raise you two, ah, on second thought, just take the whole deck.
