One thing that I can't ever say about Philip Davis, is that in the end he doesn't have class.

I saw the handwriting on the wall. The worst part of the pre-announcement IMO is the fact that IOM is in danger of credit-line non-compliance. This means that Iomega may have to start diluting their shares a la Syquest-- and soon.

IOM has authorization to issue 400 Million shares. There are only about 260 Million(?) or so out there right now.

With a loss of (-0.13›) this 2nd quarter, at a stock price of $6, IOM will have a PE of 300.
