Terry, the organization to worry about on a late report is NASD. After a couple of months, they will put the paperwork in motion to give the stock an "E" suffix, and probably another couple of months to de-list.

So, I'd say there is considerable lattitude beyond 1 week.

I don't have any reason to beleive that it would be any later than usual, though. As you say, they have been pretty consistent.
