<< Time to short VVUS, Any company that got money to burn to maintain the lawn obviously aint doing good.>>

Come on now AT,
Giving people a decent looking place to come to work helps moral and productivity. I like that they are taking pride in their facilities. How much money could we talking about? Boy, you are so negative these days.
Granted, there is not a whole lot too smile about, but when you start attacking a decision to put shrubs and lawn around a building, you really have a bone to pick.

Do they have any patunias being planted?

AT,

you ok?? ROFLMAO. you have got to be kidding. VVUS has their problems. The shrub expense is not one of them. Can't even believe
you're making this an issue. Must be a real tough week for you.

Just for the record, At the old plant, PACO would be responsible for the expense of maintenance.

At the new plant, the landscaping is generally included by the contractor in the costs associated with new construction.

Which leaves me with another thought, the contractor's trailers are still on-site. Perhaps to complete work on the other 7 lines after FDA approval of the plant??

regards,

Mike

I have made so bad calls on the activity at the Lakewood plant in the past , but this time I 'am convinced that they are ready to go. Todays visit included a local pub that VVUS [employees] had visited last night , the bartender said they where celebrating like they won the lottery. He said it had something to do with JNJ and the FDA.
I think it time to go back in and make some $$$$$ back.
