Skeeter, TXN isn't dumb, they got a MU transaction worth $800 million.!!! Even if they don't collect a cent, which may actually happen, they didn't have to pay anyone to take that crap. They made out like a bandit. Then they take a writedown, so the taxpayers like you can help pay for it. ...and after all is said and done, MU has more stuff to sell to keep their real estate and company going.<vbg> ...everybody wins except the ones who short.<g> DavidG PS: maybe you can short your PUTS against the box.:-)
