I believe IDPH management has been less then honest in advising their shareholders as to what the cash situation of the company is. Since the pullback of a release of additional shares, not one word of explanation has been offered. Since that time, the per share price of IDPH has dropped more then 50%. Doesn't the managment at IDPH feel they have a responsibility to inform their shareholders.

I was wondering if anybody is still following
IDEC. In spite of their appearances at recent
conferences their stock continues its very
steep decline. Is something serious up?
