txn must have been extremely desperate! Now we will have to see if the mu straw will save TXN's butt. Of course, Mu may already have done so. By selling off the div., TXN essentially transferred all its employees to MU and, I believe, are no longer responsible for them. They dont have to give them early retirement, no more benefits etc. And TXN gets to write off, which thye will od next quarter and clean its balance sheet. Tomorrow - BUY , SELL , or HOLD ???
