Now we are on the same page to some extent.

Here is why ASP is Important.
ASP declines indicate that the strength of the PC market is weakening.
That weakness could leat to the Unit sales growth hickup.

DELL is going gung-ho into all of these new areas, because in order to keep unit growing they need new markets. Well they may end up spending that 200 million they raised in debt(remember they spent the other 350 to buy back stock from Mikey) only to find that the new markets can only offer 20-30% unit growth.

Lets face it,
You and I agree that it won't take much to upset the apple cart.
Where we disagree is when it will happen and also on how the market should price in the risk that it will happen sooner than later.
