Re: loan covenants, if you still care, please read: IMHO, the fact that they are announcing this news is even worse than the news itself. Think about it. They have been aware of their loan covenants since they signed the documents. There is no way that they haven't tried to get these modified or relieved already. The fact that they haven't been successful yet probably means that the banks are balking. If the banks are balking, they obviously have no faith whatsoever in the company's future. I am selling at the open. I suggest all others to do the same. It will only get worse.
