Uh, you forget the 10-k (for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1997).

Behind on the 10-q for 6-30/9-30-97
Behind on the 10-q for 9-30/12-31-97
Behind on the 10-q for 1-1-98/3-30-98 [due 45 days after 3-30, i think??? or maybe it is 90 days].

I want to thank you too for your post. That's the most (only?) information I've seen here in a long while. I'm glad to at least know this, even though it isn't good news, as I long ago quit spending my phone dollars on calling the company.
