One thing that troubles me as an ANDW shareholder is the refusal of the "Compensation Committee" to release the goals they have set for Floyd English to achieve in order to be paid a bonus, etc. I think this is unusual...why so secretive about the goals they set? Are we not entitled to this info as shareholders? Who is watching to see that the goals are not tinkered with during the year, ie, changed, modified, or lowered so that additional compensation can be paid to management? It is hard to believe that in today's technology based communications world ANDW is not performing better, and other than share repurchases is seemingly doing little to improve shareholder value. But on a fundamental basis, the stock does look good if you have a long term horizon.
