Dusty, Here is the post (#3287) with the patent numbers. www2.techstocks.com It would be in the best interest of every shareholder to stop the innuendo and other destructive BS (not you Dusty , ...hum Laz..looks like a duck ..walks like a duck...) and start looking to get whatever we have left???.. back on track with better DD. (this is not to say that anyone that helped to supply the past DD did a "bad" job, on the contrary) However we need to dig DEEEEEEPER...We need clarification on who holds the patents now? Were they transferred or assigned to Arcon and/or df and/or John Spriggs? Is Research Octane Inc.still the assignee of the patents? Do David A. Jarvis and /or Ewert J.A. Wilson (the inventors) have anything to add to what's happened and/or what could? If the patents are still theirs are they looking to take them elsewhere, or are they holding like the rest of us with MIDL? Can the patent attrnys office of Oltman,Flynn and Kubler give us any insight? Did df and/or John Spriggs register DF-144 as a trademark? In who's name? I'm on the road for the next couple of days but when I get back I'll do as much digging as I can. Hell, to protect the future of this, investment I want to know what's going on with DF-144, I believe it's the golden egg.... Or is DF-144 a secret ecryptic code for dan fisher's Bahamian bank account?? Looking to win, not just the next battle but the whole war... TJG
