As a former bear, I for one will be a strong buyer tomorrow morning. This piece of garbage has reached its nadir, and it's time for people like me to jump in. Best analogy is to Michael's Stores in November of '96. Bought at 9. It's 32 today. Sold at 34. The violation of the loan covenant will require some institutions to sell regardless of the price it can fetch. This was bound to happen and long overdue, but the overriding facts are that no peripheral has seen stronger growth than the Zip and until proven otherwise, it is still the cutting edge item in removable storage. At its price tomorrow, it will finally have an attractive risk reward ratio.
